The Global Chapter Development Committee (CDC) is the central coordinating body for CMT Association’s worldwide network of chapters and communities. This committee provides the strategy, support, and standards that empower our local volunteer leaders to build vibrant communities for members in their geographic regions. Our Association’s international growth accelerated in the 2010s, driven by dedicated volunteers. The CDC was formalized to provide a structure for this organic expansion, ensuring that as chapters were established from London to Mumbai to Singapore, they all had the central support and strategic guidance needed to succeed.
